Monthly Audit - Mini-Mock Inspections
Monthly site-audits are performed during the on-site collection and review of data and documentation in order to compile the monthly quality assessment report for presentation at the monthly round table discussions with the medical director and lab team.

Random New Client Inspection
It is always a GREAT idea to have an external set of eyes review the status of your laboratory. This is a cost effective tool, proactively identifying any current or potential issues prior to the official inspection, potentially saving time and money.
The full inspection, using current standards are also useful for determining the status of an existing lab prior to mergers/acquisition.
